I’ve said it before, and I’ll probably have cause to say it again: things move quickly on the cancer ward. On Saturday, Tyler’s ANC rose from zero to 60. Today, it is 100. Chances are pretty good he’ll reach 200 tomorrow, and that means getting discharged! They weren’t even expecting his ANC to start recovering until this Wednesday. If Tyler does go home tomorrow or Tuesday, his home visit will end up being four weeks since he doesn’t get readmitted for his transplant chemo until January 17th! Right now he’s still on IV TPN and fluids, so we’re not 100% sure if that will keep him here another day. We’ll keep you posted!
