Sorry no updates before now – I slept longer than intended after the craziest and most adrenaline-inspiring 24 hours I’d ever had! I am headed back to the hospital but spoke to Ron briefly. Ty is doing very well still on his conventional ventilator! The challenge of the day has been for his team to figure out what to do with his upper GI bleed. They have kept him heavily sedated all day in case of any procedures that have to be done, so no more glimpses into those eyes again for now!
