When I reposted my “am I angry at God” post on 2/24/12, it triggered Pastor Ajay Vyas of Connections Church to ask if I would be willing to be filmed reading my post and answering some questions about Tyler’s situation.
Ajay was working on a sermon series about God in the midst of trials and wanted a video to go with his sermon for 3/4/12. Ajay is Tyler’s former youth pastor from Crossroads Church, and began pastoring Connections, our church plant, about a year and a half ago.
While not at all comfortable in front of a camera in general, I wanted to be used in any way God sees fit. If Tyler and our family had to suffer so much through this trial, I wanted God to be glorified somehow through it.
